Opportunity-Based Design:
The five phases of Opportunity-Based Design are driven by one thing: helping you to identify and realize your organization's e-Business opportunities.
| Envision: | | During the "envision" phase, we work closely with you to understand your
organization's challenges, opportunities, user needs, brand identity, and technical systems. Potential solutions are identified and explored. Whether your opportunity is to connect, communicate, conduct commerce, build relationships, or reduce costs, this phase sets the vision.
While most clients come to us with goals in mind, we find that as we move through this phase, new opportunities are identified, existing opportunities are refined, and a project strategy is collaboratively created.
| Architect: | | In the "architect" phase, we create the blueprint for the solution. Building upon
the "envision" phase, we translate strategy into structure. With an understanding of business goals and user needs, content, functionality, and navigation are defined mapping the plan for maximum impact and usability.
| Design: | | Based on the structure defined in the "architect" phase, we create your site's unique look and feel. Interface design brings together strategy and architecture creating the online brand identity to connect with users on both a rational and emotional level.
| Build: | | Once we agree on structure and design, we move into the "build" phase. We construct, integrate, test, and launch the solution. Throughout this process, we work closely with you. We schedule regular "checkpoints" so you stay informed and involved watching your solution come to life.
| Analyze: | | The web provides a uniquely data rich connection to customers, employees, partners, and suppliers. Getting the most from your web presence means continuous improvement in response to user data. After launch, we capture and analyze user data (as well as other indicators of goal attainment) to see what's working and identify opportunities for added impact.
